    plans, demolition plans, and other site specific sheets using AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 and 2015.

  · Designed and drafted various civil projects, assisted in implementation of a GIS database of Houston and

surrounding counties, designed construction drawings for the City of Houston, Harris County, Montgomery

County, and Fort Bend County, designed both subdivision plats, and construction drawings for same projects.  

   

  · Developed, drafted, collected all necessary documents, submitted and presented all plats for recordation in

    Montgomery County, City of Houston, and City of Conroe.  

Designed grading plans; utility plans, clearing plans, subdivision plats, plan and profiles, paving plans and numerous

other duties as assigned by engineers. Provided excellent communications and reduction in redlines per engineering

checks. Completed projects within deadline timeframe.

  · Designed water, storm, and sanitary lines to include placement, flow lines, and rim elevations. Developed, detention

ponds and various other projects assigned by engineers by utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D 2007 2010.
